In booking appointments, we strongly recommend that you call well in advance to ensure you get the specific appointment time you want. We understand that you have a busy schedule and recognise the need to provide an efficient service. We will make every effort to see you at your scheduled appointment time, we require at least 24 hours notice if there’s a need to change your appointment.

Method of Payment

We accept cash, cheque, and most major credit and debit cards, (Visa, Mastercard, N-Switch, Diners, Electron). Payment is required to be settled on the same day of your appointment. Please be advised that our clinic does not have any direct settlement with any insurance company, however we can provide dental reports and completed signed insurance forms to help you with your claims.
