Dr. Rodney Harrison obtained his dental degree from King's College, Durham University, England . He was awarded medals in Operative Dental Surgery and Dental Mechanics.

He worked in Southwest England, and in London.

Working in Private Practice he not only did general dentistry but developed his interests in Crown and Bridgework, and in sedation techniques for treating the very nervous patient.

In 1978 he was invited by Dubai's Military Hospital to run the Dental Department. After many stimulating, happy challenging years , he started the British Dental Clinic in Dubai. Under his guidance the clinic has grown into the present Group Practice of six doctors who, as a team, are able to treat all aspects of dentistry.

POSTGRADUATE STUDY

Dr. Harrison has attended many postgraduate courses and seminars covering all fields of dentistry. The majority of attended courses were on Crown and Bridgework, Occlusion and treatments for the nervous patient. Two of the most impressive courses were the residential courses at the Branemark Clinic in Gothenburg, Sweden, dealing with the Surgical and Prosthodontic aspects of Titanium Dental Implants.
